Shipping

I endeavour to get your beautiful item packed and shipped to you as quickly as possible.

For all shipping please allow 2-3 working days for dispatch.

For shipping to the UK please allow for 2-5 working days for delivery after dispatch.

For European and International shipping please allow 5-10 working days after dispatch.

Tracking details will be provided when possible.

Returns

I hope you will love your product, but this is our returns policy should you wish to make a return.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Also sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

If you would like to return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If it appears spoiled or used it will not be refunded. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your item is defective or damaged when you receive it, it will be replaced.

Some non-returnable items:

* Gift cards and vouchers

*   Downloadable products

*   Some health and personal care items

Once your return is received, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. If we are happy, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Your shipping costs are non refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
